Hello all! I suppose an update on my life is in order. I believe the last time I was on one of these things with all of you was my senior year in high school? I remember venting about shit going down with my then best friend, so yeah, I believe that was 2009.
Anyway, I graduated from college two years ago with a degree in history. I moved home after that and just worked and tried to find my feet. I moved out to Washington state last summer, but moved back to Mississippi in October. It was a good experience, but things didn't really work out like I expected, so I decided to move back close to my family. I've been living at home since October and have been substitute teaching since then. I've really enjoyed that, and am thinking about pursuing teaching in the future. We'll see how all that plays out, though.
I'm in the process of getting a job and moving to Chattanooga, TN. I went to school around there and have some friends in the area. As much as I love my family, there's not a lot for me here in Mississippi, so as soon as I get things in order in Chattanooga I'll be moving.
That's pretty much an update on my life. Nothing too ground shaking, but I've been pretty happy and have grown quite a lot over the years. I've loved reading about all of your lives and it's great that we can finally catch up!
